Are you trying to post a Flash document from a domain other than your own? Because if you are, you can’t. Also, there doesn’t appear to be an extension of the file. "MjEyMDg4" doesn’t look like a valid file name for a Flash document. If you upload a Flash file to your server with the Media plugin then you can easily insert it to a page. Give that a shot!

Insert the flash video via Flash or Media button in TinyMCE (just add URL and size if needed)
When you save the post, reopen it and check the video size.
If it is shrinked to 0x0 pixels, then remove either Media or Flash plugin from TinyMCE. It seems there is a conflict and TinyMCE "cleans" the code the wrong way.
It worked for me (TinyMCE 2.0.8 and MODx 0.9.5)
I know that this doesn’t directly answer your question, but personally I use either a chunk or a textarea TV (with no RTE) for inserting Flash files. I do this in order to insert them using JavaScript and not the standard object/embed format, which means that you won’t get those annoying "Click here to activate and use this control" dialogs in IE. I’ve actually seen this happen with normal links as well, and with both TinyMCE and FCKEditor. I don’t understand why it happens, but it seems to be related to something not loading correctly because if you refresh the page it usually works normally again. Of course if you already saved the page, then you gotta re-do all your paths.
Anyone know why this happens occasionally?
