How many Queries are requiered and Performance ?

I was searching for a CMS which generates static html pages or very less queries and found your site

I have some questions to the Performance
Long time ago I was working with Mambo, my site got bigger and bigger and Mambo began to slow down Mambo had many problems like caching bugs and the standart installation had about 130 queries... then I have changed to Joomla but joomla is not much faster then Mambo and has many security Problems and it is often hacked..
here is a new site I’m playing with Wordpress www.Taverna.in but Wordpress 2.0.7 needs ~ 24 queries and ~0.24 seconds without any content

Now I’m looking for a CMS wich needs about ~5 - 7 Queries or better which generates static html sites
how many queries MODx need ?

Depending on if caching is enabled, it can be zero.

and without caching?

Easy enough to find out; install the full demo, and see how it works with the pages cached and uncached. The actual count would depend on what snippets and TVs are used on a page.
