How do I use snippets?

How do I make snippets like Jot and Ajax work with my site?

Put the snippet tags [!Jot? &option1=`value1` &option2=`value2!] in your template or your content where you want the output. Make sure to use the [!...!] style tags if your page is cached. And also make sure to use backticks `...` and not single-quotes ’...’. For the options, read the documentation for the snippet.
