    My site is here: http://boldstepdesign.com/modx/
    The search bar at the top isn’t working, I thought I used the code for the AJaXsearch
    the [!AjaxSearch!] but its not working.

    And how to I make Snippets work with my site? Like, what do I have to do so they will run?

      Just off hand it looks like your covering the search with a DIV thats been absolutely/relatively positioned. that would be the only reason you couldn’t even click the button.

      add this selector to the bottom of your style sheet
      #search{
       z-index:+99;}

      NOTE! this will not work for ie6 you will need to restructure your markup/CSS to have the search come last in your markup or uncovered.

          Is there a way I can make this pop up in a new window or take you to a new page when you hit the "Go!" button

            Sorry for the delay: been busy...

            If I’m not mistaken you can set a parameter in the ajax-search snippet to display results on a page using a template. I’ve not used the search feature yet, if this isn’t solved soon I’ll be able to answer this question more accurately.
