I am using friendly URLs.
I have tried either Firstchild and Weblink to redirect to the index.htm page in a folder and it works fine. But... When I send a spider through my site to test the HEAD response I get a 301 permanent redirect. I get the 301 when using the FirstChild or Weblink. I thought these were suppose to executed server-side and thus should return a 200 from the HEAD. I need this to show as a 200. I know I could do this through the .htaccess file and it will show up as a 200 but I was hoping to be able to do this through MODx. How can I do a redirect within the site and have it show as a 200 from the HEAD?
