Ich have a strange problem, again with the image/file browser.
modx 0.95
php 5.0.4
mysql 4.1.11
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
Path should be correct (according to phpinfo), tried nearly everything. Every other installation with 0.95 worked perfect, but in this case I don´t know where to look. The line feed problem from the beta version isn´t the problem (file is okay). Very strange is: I can create folders in the images folder which I then see per FTP. But in the image browser they are not showing up. Uploading images is not possible (hanging at 0%). Folder permissions are 777 for assets/images, the created folder in the images folder has 755 like defined in the configuration.
Any help appreciated! If it helps I can provide manager login/pass and a link to phpinfo.
Marc
Had the same, and probably a stupid answer. My image files were to big. Smaller ones...worked like a charm.
No, I don`t SEE any existing image in the browser... Not working upload is a side-effect I think.

Using Safari by chance? It definitely doesn’t work and I don’t suspect it will until Leopard is released. Haven’t tested a nightly build though...

I’ve been experiencing similar issues. While I can see resources in the manager, I can’t upload anything. Tested on Safari/Webkit, IE/XP, FF/OS X.

Make sure that your user has permissions to upload those file type, in the User tab of the manager user management page.
Hi Susan. Uploading ist not the main problem. I don´t see any existing image in the images folder...

I’ve seen this happen with users that are not the original admin user. Double-check the user override parameters, and maybe even peek at the DB to see any differences between the original and new admin-role users.

This one is not a solution just a remark: Opera’s Browser does not show any images too.
