config still writeable message

Hello,

my modX 095 installation warns me that the config is still writeable. But on my win2003 box with IIS6 all the settings are that it’s read only. Anybody any idea?

Yeah, it’s likely not coded properly to determine if a Windows file is read-only or not, so it reports it as always writable. I’d enter a bug report to have that fixed.
