    Dear members,

Below is the output of time used by mySql and php to render the page.

    MySQL: 0.0055 s, 0 request(s), PHP: 0.0759 s, total: 0.0813 s. Document retrieved from cache.

mySql has 0 (zero) requests but it never shows 0.0 secs. Is the above mySql time usage correct or is there some issue here.

I tried disabling all snippets I use, but the time usage still remains. Can someone advice me on the issue.

    warm regards,

    -raavi

This is because the first thing the parser does is make a connection to the mysql server. If the document is cached, it never makes a query, but the connection is there anyway.

        Thanks sotwell.

I was guessing the same thing, just wanted some expert to reassure me on that.

        once again thank you.
