    Hello,

I’m trying to upgrade our 0.9.2.2 install to the latest version - I follow the first set of instructions in the wiki for the upgrade - meaning I overwrote the files and ran install and did an upgrade. everything seemed to go ok and I was able to log into the new manager and the site worked fine. great.

But when I went to the front end to user the quickedit - the QE bar menu was expanded by default and at +50% opacity - and I couldn’t move it. I finally figured out that If I would click on content or settings a few times it would reset the menu then I could move it. In general it was working very strangely. I tried deleting everything from the /assets/modules/quickedit and putting in the files from the installer (in case some of the old files were messing things up) but that didn’t help either. there seemed to be a javascript error, something like "function link.hide not defined". I don’t know enough about how it’s working to know what that means. I restored the old database and files and the 0.9.2.2 worked fine. I also did a fresh installed in a subdir or 0.9.5 and it seemed to work file. So it was something in the upgrade process that made it act strange.

A different error - I edited a TV for a certain page and the output didn’t look right - so I tried to delete the page TV so it would use the default value - but instead it didn’t show anything.

In short, it was acting funny - so I reverted to 0.9.2.2 - but I would like to upgrade to 0.9.5 I was thinking about doing a clean install of 0.9.5 and then importing the content, TV, and snippet tables but I don’t know if there are any relations missing from that.

    - any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Yehosef
