We need an experienced coder who can help us with our site;

We have gone supplemental in Google, in part i beleive to what might be duplicate content on our site due to errors resolving the IP and domain.
For instance if you visit the site the click on certain links, then hover your mouse over other links you will see the ip address not the correct path.
We are in need of help and support and will pay for ongoing support and help for this issue and further SEO as required.

Looks like you just accessed some of the pages via the IP address and cached some of the links that way as a result. Try clearing the site cache and then making sure you access the site from the proper URLs so they are cached properly. You may also want to add a rewrite rule or configure your virtual host in Apache to 301 redirect from non-www URLs to the www URL (or just the opposite) to prevent duplicate content issues with Google.
