I want to use the YUI grids css and Javascript libraries (I think) but don’t know where the files should be located. I notice that there are some css/js files under Manager/media, some under assetts, and some under individual templates.
Since these are general purpose libraries, it seems reasonable (to me) to put these in the same general area as prototype/scriptaculous (though not in the scriptaculous folder), that is, under manager/media. Is there any reason not to do this?
Is there some particular method that I should use to add these libraries or is just a standard file transfer (dragNdrop or FTP) the way to go?

The location doesn’t matter. I use assets/css and assets/js, but you might want to put them in assets/yui or something like that. Then make sure in your templates you reference the correct relativel path (assets/yui/foo.css, etc.)
