I am a complete newbie to modx.
I can’t guess how the Image Widget is working.
I have set up the Photo TV to have the image attached to the post. I insert it via [tt][*Photo*][/tt] right into the content. I want to have it left aligned, so that the rest of the content flows around, leaving the photo in the left. I cannot use [tt]float: left;[/tt] in the CSS, because it breaks my template layout slightly, therefore I want to use good old img attribute [tt]align="left"[/tt].
I discovered that these settings that I use in the widget do NOT have any impact on the resulting html code.
Having set them the way it is shown, I get the following html
[tt]<img src="some picture URL" alt="Alt text" class="consPhoto" style="" />[/tt]
Luckily [tt]class[/tt] from the widget settings come up here, but I cannot use CSS in all the ways I’d like.
