cannot manage files - permission denied

I have just installed v. 0.9.5 and everything seems ok, except I can’t get access to my files. I get this warning: failed to open dir: Permission denied in /hsphere/local/home/boslot1/(sitename)/manager/actions/files.dynamic.php on line 393 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/boslot1/(sitename)/manager/actions/files.dynamic.php on line 396

The root directory of your web, (htdocs, www, public_html or whatever) has to have world-read permissions. If you can’t fix that, you may need to change the paths in the site configuration to add /assets to the end of the path for the file manager.

Thanks for your quick reply. I think I have to change the paths in the site configuration. Can you please tell me how and where to do that?

Go to the last tab in the Site configuration menu (depending on your version, it will be File Manager or Miscellaneous Settings) and add "assets/" to the end of the existing File Manager Path.
