[solved] Just not getting NewsListing and how it's supposed to work??

Hey guys,

A real newbie here, looking for a CMS with a few more features than Website Baker and CMSMS, which are fine for what they are, but not if I’m gonna get serious...

Anyway, being used to the usual news module where you plug it in and then via the Admin you add new articles...etc, which then appear on the frontend, I just don’t quite get how the news module/function works in ModX, so any help/guidelines/step-by-step would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Apologies for anyone that walked in here, I had my dunce cap on for the moment and hadn’t looked close enough at what I was pasting into my doc. I promise to do so next time before posting a question here.

Cheers
