Вообще синхронизация идёт с файлами, а не с базой, то есть новые файлы и папки добавятся в базу, а отсутствующие - сотрутся.
По крайней мере в 1.3.5. Протестировать 1.4 у меня пока времени не хватает.
Подскажите еще вот какую вещь.
Все синхронизировано, все файлы присутствуют, но при просмотре выдает ошибку
Error: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
Error type/ Nr.: Warning - 2

Кажется понял в чем ошибка.
Возникает тогда, когда структура такая
folder

--------file

----folder
тогда, если обратиться к папке внутри которой нет фото, а также папки, выдает ошибку.
error... if inside folder -> folders (not files)

you can add @ in front of mysql_num_rows and mysql_fetch_array as well.

hang on...
i’m sure that i’ve set if there is no file inside a folder, then the folder will NOT be shown in the gallery by the snippet.
anyway, there is a little more bugfix on pagination calculation.
please use this file below.
