[Module] Easy 2 Gallery - просто галерея

If the problem is about the conflict access between FTP upload and web-interface upload through module, then you should keep using the last one, the uploading through module/ manager.
It’s make your site safer.

The problem is about web-interface downloading files and creating folders, it hasn’t enough rights to change permissions, I think. I can’t even delete install folder, using web-interface. It’s important to be able to use only web-interface.

I’ve read almost all your advises, but none helped me.

When I try to upload some images in a folder, created by e2g, it alerts me "4225 : Невозможно изменить владельца/группу ".

Actually that depends on your host.
It’s likely that you should delete your install folder manually, because it’s uploaded by FTP.
Since then, you should train your client to use FTP or module’s script (create folder + upload form) for the images.
You can not mix them with that restriction.

But I also just made some changes:

This will change the permission behavior.
You can download the github’s 1.4.2 version.
This DOES NOT change your host’s restriction, but only the script’s permission.

Вопрос такой: Всё прекрасно работает в мозиле, однако в ie 6 нет. Просто ничего не отображается. В чём подвох?

После обновления до версии 1.4.1-0, в меню "файлы" в таблице списка файлов не отображаются русские символы(( Кодировка UTF-8 стоит.
До этого стояла версия 1.4.0-rc4, подобной проблемы не было.
Что делать? Где копать?

Try the original IE6 templates:

Check the Menu> Settings> General> Encoding
Looks like the problem is only the content, because the page itself looks fine.
Check your database character set.

Все привет.
Попробовал обновить галерею с версии "Easy 2 Gallery 1.4.0 - RC 4" до "Easy 2 Gallery 1.4.1-pl"
Делаю все как обычно:
1. удаляю старую
2. копирую новую
3. пробовал копировать файл со старой версии default.config.easy2gallery.php в assets/modules/easy2/includes/configs - не помогло. Без копирования тоже пробовал
4. Возвращаю свои templates, так как они настроены определенным образом.

В итоге, все обновляется, но на сайте ничего не отображается.
Поменял: assets/libs/highslide => assets/libs/viewers/highslide, тоже не привело к результату =(
В чем проблема?
