I have installed easy2gallery.
In gallery page :

[!easy2?gid=6!]

1) I can to upload pictures through admin interface ("modules" -> "files" -> "upload").
I see this photo in gallery page.

But I don’t understand - how to use FTP with Easy2gallery ? How to syncronize it?
I upload some pictures to directory http://mysite/photo/dir/ (id=6) - but i don’t see this photo in gallery page.

2) Can I use my own names for directories and files? (inside main directory "/phoho/")
(so as to I can to post links (with pictures) in other sites, in blogs, etc.)
Or Easy2Gallery always will rename this names to identificators?

1) Установила галерею, всё работает, через админку картинки загружаются. ("модули" - "файлы" - "загрузка")
А при загрузке картинок через ftp - не вижу этих картинок на странице галереи. Там появляется только то, что загружено через админку.
Чего не хватает? Как делается синхронизация? Кто-то писал про кнопку "обновить базу данных" - но я не вижу её в админке.

Галерею вызываю так :

[!easy2?gid=6!]

По ФТП загружаю в папку http://mysite/photo/dir/ (где id=6, как пишет админка)

2) Можно ли внутри главной папки /photo/ использовать собственные названия директорий и файлов?
(мне это было бы удобно, т.к. иногда где-то нужно дать ссылку на отдельное фото, вставить это фото на другом ресурсе, в блоге и т.п.)
Или Easy2gallery неминуемо будет переименовывать их в свои цифры-идентификаторы?

Кнопка "Синхронизировать" есть в версиях 1.3.5 и 1.4.x
Собственные имена файлов и папок только в 1.4.x

А я скачала 1.3 с http://e2g.info/ (ссылка из первого поста этой темы) - я почему-то думала, что это последняя.

А как сделать, чтобы комментировать можно было и открытую (увеличенную) картинку?
Сейчас - комментировать можно только кликнув по цифре в углу превьшки. У большой картинки - формы для комментариев нет...

Comment and picture can not be shown on the same frame.
They are displayed from the separated javascript’s method.
You can see it from their different "onclick" events.

However, you can have them on the same "page", if you are not using the iframe style, but the "landingpage" style.
