I need a space in my menu title to stop the line wrapping (I`m using css sliding doors type menus)
When I insert in the name like "Health and Fitness" it works great (and looks great) but when I edit it it reverts back to "Health and Fitness" modx strips out the
Can anyone tell me of a work around, I don’t want to change my menu design becuase I really like the sliding doors II menus.
I did try that but it just seems to get ignored ie6 still wraps, will look again.
Straty:
1) what version of MODx are you using?
2) where are you editing menu title (manager or QuickEdit?)
3) what browser are you using to edit the menu title?
works fine for me here with 0.9.5 and Firefox, and although I’ve not actually tried it with 0.9.2, I did use the opposite method and slipped
s into one menu so I know that allows HTML.
I suspect this is due to the browser used to edit, but I may be wrong.
version 0.9.2.1 rev 1005, Firefox looks okay, not tried it in the cms to see if it leaves the but my end user uses ie anyway. I`m editing in the manager btw.
Will take a closer look tonight when I get home from work. I`m scared of upgrading incase I break my new design.
