[Resolved] Make ModX Site Use Full URL

How would I make my ModX site use full url for everything? The reason for this is that I want to use php to show my site from my ip using this:
```
<?php
error_reporting(0);
$page = file_get_contents('SERVER_IP');

echo $page ? $page : 'Page is currently offline';
?> 
```
I need to be using full url for this to properly view my site.

Nevermind, I just changed the templates ’site.css’. I had to make it so all of the urls in there were not just "/img/whatever.gif". Then I had to fix the Template in the administrator area.
