[solved] incomplete upgrade causes problems with preview and other manager functions

On RC2 with English, peview windows problems...

@Vait, and anyone with the same issue:
Make sure you’ve also copied the install/ stuff.
Make your config writeable again.
Log out of the Manager.
Run the install as an upgrade.
Log into the Manager again.
Make your config not-writeable again.
All should be well. If not, log out and in again.

can i just add this lines to my config file? how important are they, if they are important just for quickedit than I am fine for now, ill upgrade later on when .5 comes out
