Ive posted a message before, i wouldlike to be more specific.
I need a plugin which will run when you upload an image or file from a template variable upload (not from the filemanager, i did this) and create a thumnail of specified size.
My bigger problem is that i dont know the event that trigered when you upload a file like this, if there is one.
If there isnt maybe on document save (which event is it?) i can find the template variable and run the plugin.
Is this possible? Where can i get good documentation about the api (cause currently the API is a little cryptic to me)

There is one snippet in the forums that uses phpThumb to show a thumbnail from picture.. So you could make your TV to use that snippet. phpThumb resizes the picture in to a desired size and saves it to its own cache file on first request of that picture. Then it’s served from that cache for any following requests. The original picture stays untouched.
