error в коментариях

1.добавляю коментарий в блог - меня перебразывает на страницу "Uh oh ... it’s a 404! (Page Not Found)"
2. при попытке добавления коментария (это из страницы reports в менеджере)

чего делать?

Насчет первого вопроса - без понятия, почему так у вас происходит, никогда с таким не встречался при установке Jot.
А по поводу второго вопроса -

судя по происходящему SQL запросу, не передается текущий ID страницы, где должен появиться комментарий (WHERE id=;). Значит нужно определять, почему это происходит..
