problem getting date

I’m adding this text to the footer of a site I’m working on--

Copyright © [!DateTime? &format=`%Y`!]

but it is returning--

Copyright © 06-11-2006 18:09:28

How do I get it to return just the year? I would think the syntax I have would do it...?
