Here is the problem... I have put modx to www.doman.com/subfolder/... and after turning on friendly URLs, I found that they don’t work. In other words page
www.domain.com/subfolder/index.php?id=13 opens perfect, but page with friendly url:
www.domain.com/subfolder/alies.html can’t be open at all and browser says that the page was Not Found.
I want to emphazies - this problem appeared when I moved the site to subfolder. Friendly URLs worked fine before that.
Did anybody face the same thing?

Did you update your .htaccess file to reflect the move to a subfolder ? (Attn : the one at the root of your modx install)
You have to change
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]
to
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /subfolder/index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]
(the default 0.9.5 .htaccess is built like this) you could not change the above line and just add before it :
