How to do a "breadcrumb" styled page title?

I’m using the Breadcrumb snippet -- very cool. I was wondering if it’s possible to have the breadcrumb also be the title of each page for example...


I tried putting the [[Breadcrumb]] snippet into the <title> tag, but the title becomes every piece of code and text that comprises the breadcrumb. Definitely not what I want.

Perhaps breadcrumb page titles are something that should be avoided. I’ve seen some sites use them and it seemed like a good way for SEO, but I don’t know. Please advise.

[[Breadcrumb]] outputs all the html needed to create links etc. If you want to use it in yout <title> you need to modify it to output only text without any html formatting.

Sure ... might even want to post it as an Extra in the resources library (in the Breadcrumb resource).

If I did add this to the resources library, what are the terms/restrictions for placing comments at the beginning of the file? Do I have to add my contact info to it? Do I have to mention what changes were made from the original file? What would the version number be? What about the license? Pardon my ignorance, but I’ve never contributed anything before.
