I’m trying to display a location-finding script inside my main content area. A TV using the Viewport widget seems to be rather flaky, and I keep thinking there’s got to be a simpler way to do it. I seem to remember a post made by Wendy/Djamoer regarding this, but googling has been fruitless so far.

    Any suggestions?

Well, depending on the complexity of your script you can try it with a snippet. First, create a snippet e.g. "locationfinder" and put in a usual include of your script (index.php or however it is called). The script files should be located in assets/snippet/locationfinder for example. So you have a snippet that includes the main file of your script. Now run this snippet in a document with [[locationfinder]] . If the script isn´t very complex, this could work. Perhaps you have to fix some things like variable names or similar. But for a first start just try it...

Thanks. I made a little bit of headway...but ran into a problem. The search form displays fine. However, this script is located in a subdirectory; the results come back simply referring to the parent directory, which is interpreted as the site root.

Apologies for my lack of PHP knowledge. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. smiley
