No authorisation in templates, chunks and snippets

Hi to all

If we want to make new templates, new chunks oder new snippets, then its no longer possible to safe the work. An error occure: You don`t have the authorisation... (see attachments).

This is relatively new, I don`t know when does this problem started. Maybe I have to set the rights?

2ndly, I guess you are French, if yes, we have a dedicated French community where you can ask a question in your language and chances are to get the answer much faster than here.
