Hello,
Search with ’Workflow’ did not gave me clear ideas :
Is there somewhere any workflow capabilities ( multi level validation scheme and/or revision survey) ?
Thank you

Not "out-of-the-box" at this time elz64, though you can certainly add those features to your MODx site through clever use of TV’s and/or some kind of custom content version table with some simple diff and patch PHP code. You’ll just need to do some coding to accomplish that.
However, keep in mind that the future roadmap includes 100% customizable metadata patterns that can be applied to any MODx documents/pages. This metadata can be utilized to easily construct custom workflow management without having to manage a custom database table. In addition, complete content versioning and rollback features for all of the content managed by MODx will also be revealed soon. Following availability of these new features, I expect that some add-on packages supporting various typical content management workflow scenarios will begin appearing, as well as some add-ons that might make it easier to build more complex custom workflow solutions.
BTW, did you search using Google, i.e.:
site:modxcms.com workflow
This returned quite a few results for me. Avoid SMF search unless you like to be confused and frustrated...we’re working on removing the SMF search altogether and replacing it with embedded Google search capabilities.
Thank you

For now, If you only need to be able to review document content before they are published, you can use permission system to give certain users access only to certain unpublished folders only. First someone makes a draft in some folder, then next level person can move the draft to another higher level folder, and when it’s done, the head honco can use ReplacePage module to replace the online version with the new one.. But there’s no revisioning this way..
