    I really like the tagging system of Ditto. It provides the capability to navigate using the document tree or in a semantic way. To implement a site with this tagging system, I would like to make something like the repository of the MODx site.

    1- How do I create a list of tags (that links to a document where Ditto calls this tag) a document belongs to?
    2- I wish that webusers could tag their entries using NewsEditor (or NewsPublisher). Is this possible?

    Thanks!

      1) If a document can have only 1 tag, create a dropdown list template variable. If the document has more than 1 tag, create more checkbox TVs everyone with 1 tag, like an on/off.

      2) I never used NewsEditor, but it can be used to set TVs values so yes, it will do the job.

        Hi,

        1- Tag list
        Once the tag TVs are created, I want the tag attributed to a document to appear into the document. For example,

        [+pagetitle+]
        by [+author+], [+date+]
        tags: "[+list of tags attributed to the document and links to the documents containing Ditto, that filters to render a specific tag+]"
        [+content+]

        2- Tagging with NewsEditor
        I inserted the following html code into the form template of NewsEditor.
            <form name="NewsEditor" method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]">
        		Category:<br />
        		<input type="radio" value="Burkina Faso" name="tvCategory"  />Burkina Faso<br />
        		<input type="radio" value="Mali" name="tvCategory"/>Mali<br />
        		<input type="radio" value="Senegal" name="tvCategory" />Senegal<br />
        		<input type="radio" value="Not categorized" name="tvCategory" checked="checked"/>Not categorized<br />
            </form>

        This is not working.

        Thanks again
