I need help on a project.

The project needs to be done in 2 max 3 weeks.
The project wil be payed for.
The project wil be returned into the community for all to use

    in short:
My Client owns a clothing store.
He wants to atract more visitors to his store by rewarding members that bring new members in the store.

    Registration
On the website there needs to be an option to register an account.
When registering is compleated the new member (X) wil get a voucher (A) for the store.

    Invite friends
There needs to be a page for members only (X) to invite friends by entering there friends name and email adres.
Those friends get an email invetation to come to the site and register for an account,
if hey do that they will get an activationmail and when they use the link in the mail to activate then X gets +1 added to his credits.

    Credits
When the credits reach 4 (1 from registrating himself and 3 friends that compleated the registration) X gets another voucher (B)
When the credits reach 10 X wil get another voucher (C) thats the limit. X can bring on more friends but will not get more vouchers.

    Vouchers
The vouchers must be persenolised pdf’s containing the name and adres of X and a unique 6 digit id number also an experationdate (creationdate +30 day’s).
The voucher needs to be a pdf cause it needs to be foolproof (just print the pdf on a pre printed sheet of paper and mail it in a nice envelope)

    Import from csv file
Then there must be a posibility to import user from a cvs file.
After import all the new imports needs to get an email with a activation link
When pressed they come to the site and must be able to edit there credentials and save. they also get voucher A.

When importing the import script needs to filter out any persons that has no email and check to see if the new to be imported adresses do not exist already in the datbase.

    FlowCharts
I have atached a pdf with the flowcharts for this project.

    Intrested?
If anyone wants to build this project (and get payed for it) please pm me with your quote/price and how long this would take you.
Ony pm me if you know you can do this within 2-3 weeks (atleast to get a working prototype)

I believe PDFs can be edited, so I wouldn’t regard them as foolproof. Instead keep a database of customer details and coupon code. Only redeem valid coupons (code matches person) and only redeem a coupon once. That way you can email the coupons. Or only mail the coupons to the address on record, etc.

Thats is what i mean the pdf is not send to the costumer but to the webmaster he wil print out the coupon and mail it by regular mail (snailmail) to the costumer in a nice envelope.

Yes, but the member only gets a voucher when he registers on the site. It seems rather costly sending someone 3 paper vouchers. Unless the vouchers are for a real-world store? *Then* it would make sense to have a printed voucher.

But your reward is actually based on people registering at a website, rather than visiting a store (of any kind), or making any purchase.

Frankly, I can’t see an obvious repeat need for this setup. That somewhat affects whether it is worthwhile me bidding.

EDIT: Also, are these registered users "MODx web users"?
No, I don't know what OpenGeek's saying half the time either.

Thats why the import part is needed people who come to the store and purches clothing wil get regiterd in the cashregister’s computer.
when they register online they get a paper voucher to atract them to the realworld store and spend some money there.

I do not ask you to pay for it I want to pay somone to create this project for me

EDIT: Also, are these registered users "MODx web users"?

this could be MODx webusers but I think case of the credit tracking its better to keep it seperate, but I am not a programmer so I would not know what is the best way to programm this

I hope this clarifys this a bit, if there are more questions do not hesitate to ask
