Возникла такая же проблема, причин её появления я не нашёл, да и особо долго не искал.
Решил удалением строк с условием в файле шаблона ([+maxigallery.embedtype:is=`smoothgallery`:then=` и т.д.)
Естественно, я не использовал smoothgallery.

закоментировать/убрать строки (ниже приведу полную текстовку, в самом конце файла закоменчиные строки которые надо убарть)
