using anchors

do i need to use absolute urls for anchors to work? ie href="/alias#anchor" is the wrong approach?

BTW, I recommend skipping the SMF search and using google’s site: syntax to search the entire MODx site for such issues, i.e.

site:modxcms.com anchor tags

This is by far the superior way to find what you want to know about MODx.
