form or upload with required checkbox?

hi,

i’d like to add a feature that allows people to upload some content (either a word doc or a form to type long letters), with the requirement that a checkbox must be checked (with a link to some Terms & Agreements). how may i go about doing this?

thanks,

arp

I’m pretty sure that the eform snippet can handle that! Very flexible . . .

Eform thread:

i checked the features but didn’t see it specifically listed. figured i’d start another thread since that one is 17 pages already.

Yes, but if you start a new thread you should at least mention what snippet you’re talking about.

i didn’t specify the snippet on purpose since i don’t know if eform or another snippet is the way to go.
