ModX Capacity Limits?

Hello,

I am new to Modx, I was wondering if there is any practical limit to the number of content pages that Modx can handle? By content pages I mean pages other then forum/blog posts (i.e. about page, main page, etc...). Is there a practical limit where Modx would get unweildy or slow down terribly handling 100, 1000, 100000 pages?

That’s entirely dependent on your server software and hardware. There are several sites at educational institutions with more than 2000 pages and hundreds of content editors.
