Howto? Navigation: Prev - Index - Next (like in documentation)

Hi folks

How can I create a navigation like the one in the documentation (top right), where you can choose between the previous, the INDEX or the next document? Do I have to use GetParent etc. and build it myself or does there exist a ready to go snippet?
