ошибка 404 на главной странице

на сайте obmenspb.com
на главной странице выдает 404 при заходе на сайт
однако по ссылке obmenspb.com/index
эта страница выдается, в htaccess прописано следующее
как сделать чтобы выдаватлась эта страница на главной?
