TV selected image (header/banner)

Hi everybody,

i’m not quiet familiar with TVs. I know the possibilities, but thats’s it.
My goal is to set a special image on special documents/sites (entry of a new chapter).
Thats why i thought i would be nice, to do this with a TV. So I set up a TV with a (single select) Listbox.
The options are given by chapter1 || chapter2 || chapter3 || a.s.o. The default-value is empty (only content without any entryimage should be visible).
But how to get the different images to the different options?

widget image?
option: chapter1="pathtoimage/image1.jpg" || chapter2="pathtoimage/image2.jpg"?
a more elegant solution?

In my opinion, this could be used for banners/headers depending on the section of a page.

the best way to do this is to create a dropdown listmenu or single select list menu
and set your options like this:

chapter1==pathtoimage/image1.jpg||chapter2==pathtoimage/image2.jpg
you need to set a spacer.gif as deafault else it will give you an missing image icon.


then set your widget to image no setting change needed in the widged

when you want to set this image in a div as background then the deafault is not neded and the widget must be st to none (no widget)
