Hum the label for select is closed before select, <label></label><select></select>

three rules for the select element to display correctly.
Finally I’m bored, I will hack the snippet (and I don’t like that) so css rule stay simple.
I remove form’s name attribute and uncomment the fieldset to have strict xhtml page.
