How can I set the right to preview page that are restricted. I explain. I create a new document. I restrict it to a group which I belong to. Then the preview direct me to the unauthorized page. How can I change the right of the preview "user" that must be a public user without right to see this page ?

    Thanks,

I have the same problem, and don’t yet have a solution. Ryan suggested one idea, but I don’t quite see how it can work, and I have been too busy to try it yet.

A second approach I’m considering is to create a static table of contents that the public can see, but then each time I add new documents that are restricted I’ll have to regenerate this table of contents.

A third approach I’m considering is to let MODx think all the content is public, but make the links to them call a JavaScript that checks to see if the current user is logged in.

But so far I don’t have a working answer.
