Thank you for informing it. I had confirmed that, but these files are not broken.
There is no problem to unzip and use in MODx.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have downloaded japanese-euc[1][1].inc.zip and other file for shift_jis
however, when I do unzip, it shows me a message "Could not open file, it does not appears to be a valid archieve"
What may be the reason?
my downloaded file size same as you have mentioned.

Are you using Windows?
I think you have already try to clear the temporary folder and the download folder.
I compress it in other methods. Will you try to download these?
