installato modx-0961p2 ma purtroppo... failed to open stream

Ciao.

Ho installato modx su server remoto. Installazione tutto ok senza problemi inclusa installazione del "sito di esempio" ma, alla richiesta di anteprima documento, qualsiasi documento, la risposta è la seguente:

Quando l’ho installato in locale non ci sono stati problemi.
Qualcuno mi sa dare una dritta?

e questo problema non l’ho avuto

sto avendo altri problemi
