Fehler meldung oda was auch immer?!

Hallo erst mal ich habe es mir so eben auf meinem funpic server installiert und auch die passenden rechte verteilt nur nach dem ich mich eingelogt hab bekomm ich nur diese: "’Web users’; $_lang["web_user_management_msg"] = ’Here you can choose which web user you wish to edit.
