Preventing other users from editing themselfes or admin

I just have this little question,

How do I prevent other manager users from editing themselfes and the admin (ID1)? I need them to be able to add and modify every other account besides themselfes and the admin...

Is there a smart built-in function for this or will I have to modify the core?
