German documentation

Hi Leute

Ich habe bereits damals bei phpwcms an der Doku mitgearbeitet und bin jetzt zwar noch neu bei MODx, wuerde aber gerne einen Teil dazu beitragen. Welche Moeglichkeiten gibt es in deutscher oder englischer Sprache die Community zu unterstuetzen? Gibt es bereits Teams o.ae. ?

Hi Andi,

richtige Teams gibt es (noch) nicht. Was momentan schon einmal sinnvoll wäre, wäre die Übersetzung der Ditto und der Wayfinder-Doku, da diese Snippets ab der 0.95 standardgemäß drin sind. Ansonsten eben alles was fehlt. Bisher gibt es auf deutsch (siehe Post von Antonio):

Designers Guide
Administration Guide
Editors Guide

Alles klar ich werde mir die Doku von Ditto mal zu Gemuete fuehren und hier berichten, wenn ich sie uebersetzt habe.

There’s another documentation available we created for our customers. But it’s not a translation, it’s a complete rewrite, because the existing Editor’s Guide didn’t really fit our needs. It’s licensed under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA License and available here.
