Need help with User Comments, what am I doing wrong?

    So I have a blog on my Modx site and I want to add the UserComments snippet to the end of each blog individually. When I go to do so in the Document Content field I enter:

    [!UserComments? &makefolder=`1` &canpost=`Registered Users`!]

    But the problem is after I do so the page only displays a grey bar. What am I doing wrong? I have a group entitled as Registered Users, so what’s messing this up?

      Did you log in to your site frontend with a webuser that is a member of this Registered Users webgroup`?

        Yes I did. It seemed no matter how I viewed the page it just displayed a grey bar.
