issue with quickedit and ditto in template??

    Hello,

    I recently changed a template to include a call to ditto but then the quick edit bar lost all of the text on it. It was very reproduceable - if I put in the call to Ditto in the template the quickedit bar lost its text (the bar was there but didn’t work) and if I took out the call to Ditto, the quick edit bar worked.

    Anyone experienced anything like this or have any suggestions?

      Could you post the source of the page (as an attachment please) with QE and ditto on the same page?

        I have attached a page without quickedit and another page with a template without the DItto that displays the quickedit.

          The problem deals with the the $_lang variable. In Ditto 1.0.2 I made it global, which seems to wreck havoc with QuickEdit. 1.0.3 will rectify this and should be out soon.

            fast fix
            replace in all ditto files and in snippets code: "_lang" to "_langi" wink
