copy/paste doesn't work in Russian

I have a huge article typed in Russian and I tried to copy/paste it in the Document Content section, but I couldn’t do it, because all the text was substituted with something like ’ëîð ëîðë Òåêóùèå âàêàíñèè’. I would be grateful if you could help me to solve the problem and to find a way to paste text page. Thank you in advance...

This is not an issue with modx itself, but with your windows code page and the programs in use, etc. Maybe this will help. Also you can find more information here .
