Seperating the Manager folder from the site - security

Hello all one again!

For security reasons, I want to separate the manager directory from the modx site by renaming it and/or moving it to another location in my server.
Is this possible?

In the same manner - what about renaming the assets directory?

Thank you!

Hi buzi,

Currently, it is impossible to rename or move the manager directory. I submitted this feature some times ago with the bugtracker : http://modxcms.com/bugs/task/390. You can vote it.

It seems to me that it is impossible to rename the assets directory.

The only solution for the moment is to hack modx by changing paths manually in the php files.
