Can I use the calendar snippet [in two columns] here?

On a 2 column layout page, can I put a calendar on one column and click on a date to display events for that date on the other column?
Is it possible? Please tell me how or whether a topic is available.
Thank you for your time.

ok, what I want is to create diary entries . Click on a date and display a to do list.
Is it possible to put both the calendar and the list on same page.
I saw some good calendars at Susan’s site. But want to make sure whether this is possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

It’s surely possible, but I know if no canned code at the moment to do it.

Saw somewhere that Etomite snippets work with MODx..any expert opinion?
I’ll take a look at their snippet lib then?.

I’m also very interested in having a calender on my site, where a mini calder could be in the right colom, and when you click on the date, it shows you the events for that day. Any ideas? Even if we could use something like phpcalender / webcalender / etc?

Most eto resources should work with MODx.
