How come Captcha doesn’t turn off when its disabled in the manager ?
Doesn’t turn off from where? Snippets can use captcha even if its turned of at manager settings. The setting at manager only turns off the captcha checking at the login screen (correct me if I’m wrong).
Altough snippet developers can use the captcha setting from the manager settings to see if captcha should be disabled or not, but it’s up to the resource developer if he uses it or not.

it appears that the websignup captcha doesn’t have an option to turn off , this is the one I was refering to below the signup form on the frontend
I’d also like to know how to actually disable captcha, as it’s problematic. Even though it’s turned off, it’s still enabled, and no images appear. This is on a Linux Server with GD installed and working
